I rented my flat in Southampton via Brook Letting and can confidently say they have been the best estate agent I’ve dealt with. For perspective, I have previously used the three biggest agents in Southampton and always felt a bit cheated especially considering the huge fees I’ve had to pay and unreasonable deposit deductions as well as service. But with Brook, the fees were half of the big three, their professionalism was above and beyond what I’ve previously experienced and on top of that, they are extremely helpful! I moved into a new build and there were a few issues in the beginning, but James and Scott was super quick to get the landlord involved and the “issues” were resolved within a day or two. I have now finished my contract with Brook and as I’m departing this chapter I want to give credit where credit is due! I can highly recommend the lettings team of Brook Independent!
